What You Can Expect
An experienced implementation team will guide you through the onboarding process. They will work as fast as you are able, while never jeopardizing accuracy. You can also request live support and flyers for your open enrollment meetings.
You will have an assigned Client Relationship Team, led by a Client Relationship Manager, that will serve as your main point of contact. This team has deep knowledge of your account and a high degree of cumulative expertise.
