About the Instructor

Donna is the General Counsel for Ameriflex and is responsible for advising employers and brokers on plan strategy and design, consulting employers on their reporting and disclosure requirements, assisting with questions about plan compliance, ERISA, IRS requirements, and COBRA, and more. Prior to joining Ameriflex, Donna was a Supervising Attorney at Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel, LLP (BDF). Donna also served as Counsel at The Marketing Arm, an Omnicom Company, where she focused on compliance, data privacy and risk management. Donna earned her law degree from North Carolina Central University and completed her undergraduate studies at Elon University with a major in Political Science and Public Administration.
