This course provides a practical overview of LSAs, FSAs, and DCAs, including how each account works, eligibility requirements, compliance considerations, and key advantages for both employers and employees. Participants will also explore best practices for positioning and communicating these benefits to clients as part of a comprehensive and competitive benefits strategy.

Upon completion, learners will be better equipped to understand and explain these account-based benefit solutions and their role in modern employee benefits packages.

Continuing Education Credit

This course has been approved for 1 hour of Continuing Education (CE) credit in the following states:

Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, and Arizona

After successful completion, CE credit will be reported to the appropriate state licensing department within three business days using the license number provided during registration.
