Voya

As of January 2026, Voya is no longer working with companies that have 200 employees or under for FSA administration. Ameriflex provides FSA administration for small and mid-sized employers, helping manage employee accounts during provider transitions.

Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas

As of January 2026, BCBSTX will fully exit the COBRA/Direct Billing Administration market in TX, NM, IL, MT, and OK. Ameriflex offers COBRA and benefits administration services to support employers as they move to a new administrator.

Aetna 

As of January 2026, Aetna will fully exit the Affordable Care Act (ACA) individual health insurance marketplace in all states where it currently offers plans. Ameriflex administers FSAs, HSAs, COBRA, and other voluntary benefits to assist employers during changes in provider participation.

UnitedHealthcare 

As of January 2026, UnitedHealthcare will exit certain Medicare Advantage markets and discontinue select MA plan offerings in specific counties, affecting roughly 180,000 members across 16 markets. Ameriflex manages administration for FSAs, HSAs, COBRA, and other voluntary plans, helping employers and brokers navigate provider reductions or exits.
