Located in the heart of the Fort Worth Stockyards, The Drover blends modern luxury with authentic Texas character. It’s the ideal backdrop for connection offering comfortable accommodations, inviting gathering spaces, and a true sense of place.

FAQs
Can I bring my spouse or guest?
Yes. Spouses or partners are welcome to join evening dinners only. Parents, children, and friends are not included. Please indicate this in your registration or email lmorales@myameriflex.com.
How will I book my flight?
You will receive a separate email with a link to book your flight through Navan.
Will Ameriflex book my hotel?
Yes. Ameriflex will handle hotel accommodations for guests staying onsite.
Will transportation be provided during the event?
Yes. Transportation will be provided for all scheduled group activities and dinners.
Which airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
What are the recommended arrival and departure times?
We recommend arriving by mid-afternoon on Wednesday, April 15, and planning departures for Friday, April 17 after breakfast.
Is there a cost to attend the Insider’s Getaway?
No. This is an invite-only event hosted by Ameriflex.
What expenses are covered?
Ameriflex will cover hotel accommodations,flights,transportation, group meals, and scheduled activities. Any personal expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.
Can I extend my stay before or after the event?
If you’re interested in extending your stay, please let Lucia Morales (lmorales@myameriflex.com) know and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
What if I have dietary restrictions or accessibility needs?
Please note any dietary restrictions or special accommodations in your registration form or email lmorales@myameriflex.com.
What will the business sessions be like?
Sessions will be high-level, conversational, and focused on shared insights, collaboration, and the year ahead.
What if I need to cancel or update my registration?
