The same mindset that generates a brilliant idea is not necessarily the same mindset that is able to successfully implement the idea. Those who succeed in building something often find themselves in a position in which they are no longer running the company they built.
But why does this happen?
It’s because in order to successfully grow the company, the person with the entrepreneurial mindset must eventually bring in someone with a more orderly and industrious mindset to actually see the idea through to fruition.
